Light peels cause little to no visible flaking. Medium-depth TCA peels typically flake for 3–5 days starting around day two. Marisol will time your peel around your calendar.
Glycolic ($110, 30 mins) suits first-timers, dullness, and mild unevenness. TCA ($130, 30 mins) goes deeper for pigmentation, acne scars, and texture. Your consultation decides.
Gentle cleanser, bland moisturizer, and diligent SPF; no picking, no scrubs, no strong actives until Marisol clears you — usually 7–10 days. Your kit covers everything.
A single peel brightens noticeably. Stubborn pigmentation and scarring usually need a series of 3–4 spaced 3–4 weeks apart, ideally in lower-sun months.
